The Winery Guerra Albano
is located in the DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli area
in Montina, near Cividale del Friuli and has been
there for many generations.
Our grandparents passed down their passion for winegrowing
and wine to their children and grandchildren, and
only through direct experience in the vineyard, in
the cellar and with clients have we been able to achieve
our present fine results.
In 1992 our first bottling was done, and during the
coming years we have constantly improved quality,
thanks to the introduction of new winemaking techniques
and modern machinery, all the while respecting traditions,
and paying very careful attention to the vineyard.
In the last few years, our cellar has been furnished
with oak barrels, which are used both for white wines
(mixed vintage Trauli, Verduzzo, Picolit ) and for
red wines (mixed vintage Gritul, Merlot, Refosco P.R.
).
The rooms in our farm (cellar, bottle storeroom, and
tasting hall) are open to all visitors. It is here
that the owner Dario Guerra together with his family
warmly welcomes customers to wine tasting.
